    How fast can I get my order?

    Standard jobs take 3–5 business days. Next-day and same-day rush are available on most products. For same day, message us on WhatsApp first so we can lock in press time.

    What file types do you accept?

    Print-ready PDF is best. We also take AI, EPS, PSD, InDesign, JPG, PNG, TIFF, and DWG for plans. Add 1/8" bleed and outline your fonts. Not sure? Send what you have and we'll check it.

    Do you print blueprints and full plan sets?

    Yes. 11×17 up to 36×48, black & white or color, any number of sets, folded or bound. The fastest way is our blueprint line on WhatsApp.

    Will I see a proof before it prints?

    Always. Every order gets a file check and a proof to approve. Nothing goes to press before you say yes.

    Can you design it for me?

    Yes. Tick “I need design help” when you order, or tell us on WhatsApp what you need.

    Do you deliver or ship?

    Pick up at 146 Walworth St, or we deliver locally and ship anywhere. Shipping is billed at cost.

    Do you offer business accounts?

    Yes. Contractors, property managers and agencies can open an account with terms and a dedicated contact.
